Hannah Boyle LPC-Associate
I specialize in working with children, teens, and individuals with special needs—especially those on the autism spectrum—helping them build emotional regulation, confidence, and practical skills for everyday life.
I create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients feel accepted and understood. My work includes helping children develop coping tools in a way that is engaging and developmentally appropriate, supporting teens as they navigate social challenges and identity, and guiding families through the complexities that can come with a diagnosis. In addition to my work with neurodiverse clients, I support women navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions—such as changes in relationships, motherhood, career, identity, or faith. Therapy provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to understand what’s beneath the surface, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward greater stability, clarity, and purpose.
My approach is both relational and practical. I meet each client where they are, while also helping them build skills they can use outside of sessions—whether that’s emotional regulation, communication, or navigating day-to-day challenges more effectively.

I work with adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and the challenges that come with neurodiversity, helping them better understand themselves and function more effectively in daily life. My approach to therapy is structured, practical, and tailored to each client. The goal is not just insight, but real, usable strategies that support meaningful progress outside of sessions.
With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those who may have gone undiagnosed for years but have struggled with anxiety, social difficulties, or sensory sensitivities. In addition to my clinical work, I bring a personal perspective as the parent of an autistic child. This gives me a deeper understanding of both the day-to-day realities and the long-term considerations individuals and families navigate.
I also provide comprehensive assessments for adults seeking clarity around a possible diagnosis of ADHD or autism, along with ongoing therapy to support the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence.
For couples, I am trained and certified in the Gottman Method of relationship counseling. This research-based approach helps couples improve communication, better understand one another, and develop practical tools for resolving conflict and strengthening connection.

Jakob Langston Student Intern
Jakob is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths and resilience.
Jakob’s journey into counseling was shaped by several years of hands-on experience working in a Residential Treatment Center, where he provided direct care and support to children and teens ages 5–18 in foster care. Walking alongside young people who had experienced trauma, loss, and instability gave him a deep appreciation for the healing power of safe relationships, consistency, and compassionate support. These experiences continue to inform his trauma-informed approach to counseling today.
Jakob works with clients to identify practical tools and create meaningful change. He has a special interest in helping children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, behavioral concerns, and the effects of trauma. He believes that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered, and that lasting growth begins within a trusting therapeutic relationship.
As a husband and new father, Jakob understands the importance of connection, support, and healthy relationships. He is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients and families feel safe exploring challenges, developing new skills, and moving toward hope and healing.

Harmony Mahler LPC-Associate
I work with adults who feel stuck in the present because of overwhelming or traumatic experiences from the past, helping them find real relief—not just insight, but lasting change.
Trauma often shows up in ways that aren’t always obvious—difficulty connecting with others, anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, social withdrawal, irritability, racing thoughts, sleep issues, or even physical symptoms like headaches or stomach pain.
What many people don’t realize is that trauma is stored both emotionally and physically. Just as the body can hold tension after a physical injury, the brain and nervous system can remain “stuck” in a fight-or-flight response long after the original event has passed. This is why, for many people, traditional talk therapy alone may not fully resolve what’s happening on a neurological level.
In my work, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with talk therapy to help clients process and release the impact of past experiences. I specialize in working with adults navigating: Childhood trauma and unresolved past experiences Anxiety (generalized, social, and panic) Addiction and coping patterns People-pleasing and relational patterns Emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation
My approach is both structured and compassionate. We begin by understanding your story, identifying what you want to be different, and creating a clear plan for moving forward. Therapy is collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe, while still helping you make meaningful progress over time.

I work with couples and am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to relationship therapy grounded in decades of studies on what helps relationships succeed and what causes them to struggle. Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, resentment, defensiveness, or repeated communication breakdowns. Even when both partners care deeply about each other, it can begin to feel like conversations turn into arguments, needs go unheard, or trust and connection have slowly eroded over time.
In our work together, we focus on helping both partners better understand the patterns happening beneath the surface of conflict—not just the argument itself, but the emotional needs, triggers, and communication habits driving it. Using Gottman-based interventions, I help couples strengthen communication, navigate difficult conversations more effectively, rebuild emotional safety, and learn practical tools for managing conflict in healthier ways.
I also work with clients who are dealing with anxiety. Anxiety can feel exhausting—constantly overthinking, anticipating problems, feeling emotionally on edge, or struggling to fully relax even when things seem “fine” on the surface. Together, we work to understand the underlying patterns driving those responses rather than simply managing symptoms.
